What Happens Before Hospital Review?

Before a case is submitted to a Korean hospital, APIS organizes the available records and checks whether the core information is present: diagnosis, pathology, treatment history, recent imaging, current condition, and the purpose of the inquiry.

APIS then contacts the relevant hospital department to confirm the submission route and any additional requirements.

When needed, APIS requests DICOM imaging files or prior radiation treatment data before submission.

The hospital performs the clinical review and determines whether the case can proceed to consultation or treatment.
